We are seeking an individual for a Professional Legal Support Staff position to assist attorneys and clients in our Anchorage office.  Please include your resume and cover letter with your application

Duties typically associated with this position include:

• Drafts pleadings, memoranda and other basic documents for internal or client use.
• Independently completes a variety of assignments, based on attorney and case needs, tracks and ensures deadlines are met.
• Utilizes document and data management systems to prepare, monitor, and record all aspects of client casework.
• Other administrative tasks include basic office management, vendor and supplier management for the Anchorage Office 

Other Information

• This position pays $30/hour to $45/hour depending on experience

• This is an on-site role that will require work in our Anchorage Office

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Relevant law firm experience preferred but not required

Hours / Schedule / Location:

• 40 hours per week / Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / Anchorage Office; Overtime may be required during periods of high demand
• This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires regular and predictable attendance
• This position reports directly to the Director of HR and Administration
