Sheboygan Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons has an immediate opening for a receptionist/patient care coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient registration, scheduling appointments, accurate entry of patient treatment along with various other clerical duties. we are looking for a friendly, team-orientated individual who possesses strong customer service skills and is able to work in a fast- paced environment. If you have a positive attitude and experience in the dental or medical field, then you may be a perfect fit for our team. Salary is based on experience. We offer a 401k, profit sharing, paid vacation and holidays.

Administrative Duties:

• Scheduling appointments
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Patient intake and dismissal
• Entering patient services and fees into an electronic medical records database

• Processing and collecting payments
