Our Support Representative is responsible for being an ambassador and providing our clients with exceptional service. Each Support Specialist connects with providers in genuine and authentic ways while achieving goals and having fun. Each team member plays an important role to the success of our business.

Legal Monkeys sets the standard for operational excellence for records collection. Personal Injury law firms will hire companies (like us!) to call medical providers to receive medical records and bills on their behalf. By doing so, the life of a case is expedited, which means more money and a faster return to a greater quality of life for clients of the law firm. We strive to foster professional and personal growth within our team. 

The Breakdown  

• Interact with case managers and providers via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively retrieve medical records and bills for law firms
• Assess relationships with providers to facilitate the most effective way to collect records  
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional requests.
• Document notes from follow-up calls and upload records into Webarc software.
• Interact with providers with enthusiasm to accomplish daily goals.
• Manage and place follow-up calls for a block volume of 400
• Build genuine relationships with providers and coworkers  
• Perform in a dynamic atmosphere while maintaining a remarkable level of professionalism 
• Help maintain a strong culture of winning and service through hard work and organization
• Think critically through unexpected problems 
• Perform other duties as assigned

What would my hours and pay look like?

• Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Hourly Pay: $14 - $17 

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of standard office equipment preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Experience prolonged sitting, standing and bending.

• Use hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, phone, mouse, headset, and other office equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

• On-site attendance.
