    Job Description:

    The Marketing Communications Manager will play a vital role in developing and executing our client's annual marketing plan, aimed at enhancing and promoting their brand within Spotsylvania County Public Schools. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and will be responsible for both internal and external communications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute internal communications strategies, including written content and videos, to engage and inform employees.
    • Implement a comprehensive communications plan targeting clients, community constituents, and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with functional leaders to capture success stories and best practices for dissemination through various channels.
    • Provide strategic direction for client advocacy efforts and support the development of case studies and testimonials.
    • Develop and maintain communication tools and templates for use with clients and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
    • Experience in PR, Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
    • Strong writing skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Project management experience preferred.
    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • US Citizenship or Green Card Holders only apply.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in design programs is a plus.
