Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Medicine typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks.     Shifts vary based on athletic schedule. Mainly afternoon and evenings hours during the week, and variable hours on weekends.

    In addition, seeking to fill 2 football specific positions. These positions would work primarily with the football team on their schedule, including home and away games. Other duties as assigned once the football season has ended, or as needed.

    Responsibilities
    • REQUIRED to sign a confidentiality agreement concerning medical information in reference to all athletes who are treated by the sports medicine staff.
    • Preparing and maintaining medical and hydration supplies during varsity athletics practices and contests.
    • Assisting with maintenance of sports medicine facilities, equipment, and supplies.
    • General assistance with sports medicine duties.

    Qualifications
    Prefer current First Aid and CPR certification. Possible to be certified as part of job training.


    Compensation
    $10.10/hr
