Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Assoc. Professor - Nursing typically reports to a department head. ```Duties`
To provide daily meals to the residents, all buffet style servings. To be able to work on your own and develop menus and cook all fresh foods. To be knowledgeable about vegetarian foods and mindful of allergies for some of our residents. We serve , breakfast, lunch and dinner menus daily, for 11 weeks in the summer season. We have some set meals and you will have the option to use your recipes as well. Cleanliness is essential, food prep and ordering along with freshness is a must. We have a young staff of employees that take care of our dining hall, you must be willing to help them with their daily preparations making sure they keep quality control and stay on task. Our residents are use to fresh foods and well prepared meals. Fresh ideas are appreciated. Ours is a private, non profit residential community from the 1880's, generational families.
