Full-Time Onsite Position

Our Award Winning Client Our nationally acclaimed client is seeking a Medical Assistant to enhance their team's capability in delivering superior healthcare services. This pivotal role involves both clinical and administrative tasks that contribute significantly to the efficient management and care of patients across various age groups.

Position Overview: As a Medical Assistant in this esteemed organization, you will assist in managing patient throughput and aid healthcare providers in delivering tailored care to a broad patient demographic. The position is onsite, full-time, and includes the necessity for local travel to multiple sites.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• At least one year of practical experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Engage in both clerical and clinical tasks to improve patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Assist with front desk operations and patient check-ins.
• Order and maintain necessary clinic supplies.
• Adhere to healthcare standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Travel Requirements:

• Frequent local travel using personal transportation is mandatory.

Certification and License Requirements:

• Active BLS Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (specific to roles in Occupational Medicine).

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a clinical environment.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant is advantageous.
• Skills in x-ray operation or readiness to pass relevant exams as required by the clinic.
