Park Avenue Extended Care , located in Long Beachy N.Y is seeking a full time LPN, RN or recent RN grads for weekends

RN / LPN Hours are flexible. 6am-2pm, 7-3, 8-4 or 9-5  on weekends.

LPN/RN will work closely with the Director of Nursing .  LPN ?RN will be responsible to do treatments and or pass medications.  LPN/RNwill be an integral role in providing the highest level of care to the residents.

We seek LPN/RN candidates who are flexible, caring and are supportive team members that work well with others.  Working under the supervision of DNS and other licensed medical professionals you will be a source of great emotional and physical support for residents while assisting them in their activities of daily living.
