our Award Winning Client is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Home Health position in Nutley, NJ. Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• 1 years of experience in all of the following:
• Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
• Home Health Care
• 1 years of experience in any of the following:
• Wound Care
• Burn Unit/Wound Clinic
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey (NJ).
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification.

Preferred:

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• RN License Number.
• Specialized certifications (please list).

Overview:

Join our dynamic team at our Award Winning Client in Nutley, NJ, and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing your expertise in medical-surgical, home health, and wound care settings. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring the highest standards of care while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct or indirect skilled comprehensive nursing care to various age and diagnostic groups.
• Utilize the nursing process for data collection, planning, and evaluation of care.
• Implement preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing interventions.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and families.
• Maintain awareness of patient comfort and safety needs.
• Record patient conditions and reactions, notifying supervisors of significant incidents.
• Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocols.
• Convey pertinent information to the healthcare team orally and in writing.
• Utilize electronic medical records effectively.

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Full-time position, onsite.
• 8:30am-4:30pm, with one weekend per month required.
• Coverage areas include Nutley, Kearny, Harrison and surrounding areas.
