Cadence Physical Therapy Co in Buffalo Grove, IL, is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Patient Care Coordinator / Receptionist to join our expanding outpatient physical therapy practice.

• Greeting and welcoming patients upon their arrival
• Managing phone calls
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Ensuring patient adherence to scheduled appointments
• Collecting payments from patients
• Overseeing our call log
• Handling new patient intake and communication
• Preparing weekly reports
• Keeping the front office and waiting area tidy
• Explaining benefits to newly evaluated patients
• Assisting patients through the sales process to ensure they are fully signed up for care
• Scheduling follow-up appointments post-evaluation
• Managing patient billing, including accurate collection of patient dues
• Performing data entry tasks with proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and basic data entry skills
• Filing insurance claims

This is a full-time, salaried position offering additional benefits. It requires availability for 8-hour workdays. Our operating hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 : 00am to 4 : 30 pm and Tuesday / Thursday from 10 : 00 am to 6 : 30 pm.
