Role Overview:
As an RN in GYN Surgical at our Award Winning Client's facility in Seattle, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing gynecological surgical procedures. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our patient-focused care model.

Responsibilities:

• Employs Nursing Professional Practice: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develop and update patient care plans to optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum.
• Advocates for Ethical and Holistic Care: Partner in care planning to promote patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
• Facilitates Learning: Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Aligns Practice with Safety and Quality: Ensure patient safety and integrate evidence-based practices into nursing care.
• Engages in Professional Development: Pursue ongoing professional development and promote evidence-based practice.
• Leads in the Practice Setting & Community: Coordinate care and collaborate with inter-professional teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in area of specialty.
