This position plays a pivotal role in evaluating, planning, coordinating, executing, and assessing nursing practices at a unit level. You'll be responsible for providing round-the-clock support for your assigned areas, with a focus on delivering exceptional, safe nursing care, maintaining clinical staff competence, and effectively managing patient care resources.

Education Requirements:

• Mandatory: A Degree in Nursing. An Advanced degree in Nursing (Bachelor's or Master's) is highly regarded.

Experience:

• Several years of managerial or supervisory experience within a hospital setting.
• Current and active registered nurse license in Tennessee.
• Valid CPR certification at the start of employment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and operational management expertise in a hospital environment.
