Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducts research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in assisting Material Analyst to expedite raw material for manufacturing support.
- Perform raw material sales related to Global Distribution process.
- Serve as Liaison between Materials and Manufacturing.
- Address carrier delivery issues for inbound material.
- Generate critical component supply analysis trackers
- Assist in SAP maintenance relevant to material planning.
- Assist in direct spot buys using data entry.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
- High school diploma required. Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing/materials role.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel and Word).
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.
