Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our medical office. Your knowledge of medical terminology and experience with various systems will contribute to the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, Epic, etc.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient care
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a medical administrative support role
- Proficiency in using various systems such as Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, Epic, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
