Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Warehouse Associates/Customer Service Representatives for our Sarasota, FL client.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Job Details:

As a Office / Warehouse Associate you will provide solutions and easily connect with walk-in customers by using guidance, knowledge, and a winning attitude. You will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in all aspects of inventory management and working front office operations within our facility. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, taking orders, assisting customers, and answering phones. Responsibilities:

• Assist in inventory control systems, including maintaining accurate records of stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and implementing necessary adjustments to avoid discrepancies or stockouts
• Assist in filing all paperwork daily (Invoices, EOD, Inbound / Outbound, etc..). Which include truck runs and walk in orders
• Assist in cleanliness and organization of all areas
• Develop and implement efficient office layout and organization strategies to optimize space utilization and streamline workflow
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, resolve inventory discrepancies, and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and warehouse operating procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during daily operations, such as inventory shortages, shipping delays, or quality control concerns
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to inventory management and shipping/receiving processes and recommend appropriate improvements or enhancements
