The purpose of this position is to support the Admissions Department with handling of referrals and admissions to our skilled nursing facility. To ensure that each admissions experience is positive, professional, and efficient. Duties include patient check in, insurance verification, medical record creation, collecting and updating patient demographic and financial information, answering incoming phone calls and greeting visitors to the facility.
