Associate Admissions Director jobs in Cincinnati, OH

Dayspring is now looking for a Director of Admissions.  This individual will guide families through the difficult journey of choosing a facility.  As well, they will coordinate and evaluate new referrals to the building in conjunction with hospital liaisons.  It is an exciting new role for a sales minded individual.  Must have compassion and strong interpersonal/communication skills.  Pay Rate $55,000 up to $72,500 depending on experience.

SUBJECT:  Director of Admission Dayspring

OBJECTIVES:  Assist in achieving facility census goals and assuring facility procedures related to admissions are followed. 

FUNCTIONS:

1. To provide facility information and tours as appropriate to any inquiry of the facility utilizing Carespring sales process standards and tools.
2. Collaborate with Hospital Liaison on referral processing.
3. Maintaing PCC database of referrals and outcomes.
4. Maintain sales reports tracking census building efforts. 
5. Working with residents and families to assess if facility can meet their needs as well as if the resident is an appropriate match for facility criteria.  
6. Working with Case Management team to assure timely verifications and precertifications of insurance are completed and responsibilities communicated with residents and families.
7. Work in conjunction with facility department heads to organize community marketing events including press releases to area newspapers and coordinate special advertising through our consulting advertising firm.
8. Complete all paperwork associated with admission of a resident, including assuring that the resident can meet the financial requirements of admission.
9. Assist facility leadership in other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful completion of Sales Assessment showing compatibility with sales. 

Organizational skills and communication skills a must. 

Prefer degree or clinical license, but will consider those with sales and industry success.
