Capital University is seeking an Associate Director of Graduate Admissions to recruit and enroll qualified and diverse students in its current and future graduate and post-baccalaureate programs, as well as certificate and continuing education programs. The Associate Director will report to the Director of Graduate Admissions and will assist in processing applications and advising incoming students in conjunction with deans, program directors, and faculty. They will develop, maintain, and execute innovative tactics to proactively engage and yield prospective students to meet targeted enrollment goals. They will plan, implement, and attend external and on-campus recruitment events, and generate effective communication strategies, including use of the customer relationship management system (Slate), social media, workshops and presentations. The Associate Director will engage with external organizations for the purpose of generating enrollment in graduate and post-baccalaureate business programs. The position requires occasional travel, as well as evening and weekend responsibilities.
