Position Summary | This highly visible position manages the career coaching team as well as interns and Graduate Assistants. Designs and implements overarching strategy for career development and makes decisions relating to programming and student services. Manages career education events and programs for students and recent graduates. Advises and coaches individuals on their career plans and conducts presentations inside and outside the classroom on topics including self-assessment, resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies; Works closely with the Director on all planning and future initiatives. Some evening and weekend hours as required. |
