We are in search of a motivated Director of Admissions for our lovely Tierra Pines Center!!!
The DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS will manage the Center customer flow (referral), admissions process including community sales, referral management, and admission sign-in, through post-admission utilizing the Genesis Core Operating System (PCC). Meet census goals by working with the center's interdisciplinary team and Genesis HealthCare Area entities to coordinate customer flow into and through the nursing center. Guide the center sales program which ensures: strong customer, referrer, and payer satisfaction; appropriate market penetration; positive public image; maximization of center QMix and Average Daily Census (ADC) goals.

What You Need
· 2 years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in healthcare environment
· Long term care experience required.
· Knowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billing
· Knowledge of medical terminology
· Ability to discuss clinical evaluations with physicians and other care givers within facility
