The West Texas Region is prayerfully seeking to hire an Associate Area Director for Wichita Falls, Texas. This hire will work alongside the Area Director to oversee all Young Life ministry in two high schools, supervise multiple part-time staff and leaders, and lead direct ministry at Memorial High School. They will also work alongside leaders to ensure the quality of Capernaum and YoungLives ministry. This is a full-time position that is not remote. This dynamic staff person will oversee the outreach and discipleship ministry to high school students. Currently the area has strong Young Life, Capernaum and YoungLives ministry.
