About Us: We are a veteran owned, small cleaning company that is slowly growing in flagstaff and are looking for individuals that want to be a part of this great team and grow with us! We focus on apartment complex turned units so you don’t have to worry about moving furniture or pets.

What we provide:

As an employee of a high performing team, pine peak believes that you should be compensated accordingly. Due to this philosophy we will pay you per apartment unit cleaned, not per hour so highly skilled employees will make up to 30 dollars per hour. Pine peak also provides a yearly bonus based on your performance and time of service. Pine peak will provide all cleaning equipment for the job as well.

About you:

Pine peak would love to see the perfect candidate have a level of cleaning experience, preferably more than a year of house keeping, Airbnb, restaurant, or other experience. They will also need to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, putting the customer experience first. Candidates need to be self-motivated, possess a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and timeliness.
