The transplant center at Willis-Knighton is seeking a passionate, organized, knowledgeable individual to become a member of its front office team.
The ideal candidate will have front desk experience within a clinic setting as well as knowledge of the Meditech System.
Initiative and time management skills are also imperative for the job to be completed successfully.
The candidate will be checking in patients during clinic, covering for other front office personnel, registering patients in the Meditech system, verifying patient insurance, answering telephone calls, and communicating with multiple team members throughout the day, as well as completing other tasks within the scope of your skillset.
