Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     The New Hampshire Job Corps Center provides students with the opportunity to earn their High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED), and hands-on training in the following areas: Certified Nurse Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, Medical Administration Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Plumbing, Painting, Security and Protective Services, HVAC, Landscaping, Electrical, and Building Construction Technology.

    • Provide one-on-one assistance and guidance to students who may require additional support.
    • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

    • Foster a positive and motivational atmosphere that inspires students to reach their full potential.

    Qualifications


     

    • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
    • A valid in-state teaching certificate or waiver required.
    • Teaching certification or relevant experience in the subject area.
    • Passion for working with young adults and a commitment to their personal and academic growth.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
