Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     Salud Para La Gente (SALUD) provides high quality, comprehensive and cost-effective full scope primary care services to underserved, low-income communities in the Monterey Bay area, including Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. SALUD began in Watsonville in 1978 as a storefront “free clinic,” and with a growing need for health services, in 1992 became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Today SALUD is a primary health care network with 11 clinic sites and over 400 employees. We provide high quality services to patients of all ages.     We are seeking a Pediatrics Physician who will work under the supervision of the Director of Pediatrics to provide medical administration for a non-profit community health clinic.

    SALARY & BENEFITS:

    Salary:  $109.65 - $125.73/hr

    Requirements

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Valid California Physician’s license, DEA license and CPR certificate
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics preferred

    DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Practice
    • Fluent Spanish/English
