We are looking for an innovative and dynamic individual who can take our firm to the next level and serve as our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

    Our technology supports our advertising, marketing, call center, ongoing data needs, multiple office locations, work from home, and of course our legal teams from intake all the way to the courtroom. Technology is critical to our future growth and ongoing continual improvement.

    To accomplish our mission, the Chief Technology Officer will lead a team of internal technology experts and vendors all dedicated to meeting the diverse needs to serve Daniel Stark Law. Now, let's delve into the nitty-gritty details of this role.

    The Breakdown
    • Lead, Manage, and Accountability: Take the helm in leading and managing our IT team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our team to new heights of success.
    • Strategic IT Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that are closely aligned with our company's overarching goals and objectives. Your strategic insights will be critical in driving our business forward through technological innovation.
    • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and partnerships, ensuring effective collaboration, cost efficiency, and delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
    • Data and Solutions Strategist: Spearhead our data and solutions initiatives, leveraging platforms such as Litify, CRMA, contact center solutions, and analytics tools to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
    • IT Security: Take a proactive approach to IT security, implementing robust measures to safeguard our systems, data, and infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities.

    Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the technology sector, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering results.
    • Forward-thinking and adept at leveraging technologies and pioneering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of industry standards (such as AI technologies).
    • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable IT initiatives.
    • Expertise in vendor management, data management, and IT security best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

    Salary and Benefits
    • $165K - $225K per year based on experience and potential
