Associate Dean of Continuing Education jobs in North Dakota
Associate Dean of Continuing Education assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of the college of continuing education. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Continuing Education provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Continuing Education typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Continuing Education typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. We are seeking a self-motivated, talented experienced individual to train and manager one of our three locations. Bowman ND, Newcastle WY, or our new hotel Moorcroft WY. Our managers are responsible for leading and driving the daily operations, including overseeing the development of all team members, completing administrative tasks, controlling labor and spending.
The ideal Hotel candidate will have at least 1 years of hospitality or related management experience.
· Must be 21 years of age
· Speak Fluent English
· Be a true leader and inspire the team to be their best
· Experienced in training, developing, and coaching others
· Ensure company policies are followed.
· Optimize profits by controlling spending and labor costs.
Compensation Package:
Housing assistance available.
Relocation assistance available.
1-week paid vacation per year. Must be used in a calendar year.
