Justin-Siena High School is seeking an Associate Dean of Students for the 2024-2025 school
year. This position is a minimum 50% FTE, with the opportunity for an additional 50% FTE
based on qualifications and institutional needs.

students from the Napa Valley and neighboring Northern California communities, as well as

Position Summary
The Associate Dean of Students directly serves the school’s administration in supporting and
developing a positive, safe, and Lasallian student culture. Through collaboration and intention,
the Associate Dean of Students is responsible for upholding day to day student discipline
policies, procedures, and protocols under the direction of the Dean of Students. The Associate
Dean of Students maintains student records, supports student and campus safety, and provides a
relational presence to enhance the Lasallian and Catholic dynamics of the school.
