Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a receptionist role, possess strong communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe documents and correspondence accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general office management duties

Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for email, calendar management, and document creation
- Knowledge of medical receptionist procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing information
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Familiarity with front desk operations and office management tasks
