Required Qualifications :

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer operations and software systems including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all areas of the position
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications :

1-3 years of administrative experience working in an office environment

Physical Demands :

Ability to occasionally lift 10 pounds, ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, and use hands to operate a computer keyboard, telephone, and other basic office equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and use a phone. Reading, writing, calculating, social interaction skills, reasoning / analysis, and ability to work with minimal supervision, high degree of problem-solving, organizational skills with the teaching and learning process, and high level of interpersonal skills is preferred.

Frequent contact with internal and external customers is required.
