Job Description - We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, customer service professionals that enjoy beautiful fine jewelry. You will experience a fast paced, multi-channel business that values customers and employees. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in jewelry, but we will also accept someone with a love for it and desire to learn. This individual will be responsible for greeting clients on the sales floor and assisting them in all aspects of sales and service, including repairs. You will have client contact both face to face and on the phone; so, a friendly, energetic, customer-loving demeanor is a must.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service and available to assist customers and fellow associates.
• Creating visually pleasing merchandise presentations including PANDORA Jewelry
• Committed to building customer relationships and calling on them during special events/occasions.
• Assist in maintaining an attractive store appearance in both cleanliness and product presentation
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, Saturdays & holidays (Sundays in December)
• Working as a team to achieve individual, store & company objectives
• Handling POS transactions efficiently and accurately
• Organize and maintain jewelry repairs and custom orders
• Inventory control and management

Desired skills and experience:

• 2 years in retail sales experience is required
• Positive, lively, friendly and professional demeanor
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic and high integrity
• Basic computer knowledge
• General knowledge of jewelry and jewelry repairs
• Dedication to learn and help others.

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
