Associate Dean of Graduate Programs assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of a graduate program. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Graduate Programs provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Graduate Programs typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Graduate Programs typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. - Responsible for daily operations of Psychosocial Rehabilitation service center, including service delivery, compliance and fiscal oversight.

- Supervision of Paraprofessional, Associate Professional, and Qualified Professional staff.
Requirements:
- BS in Human Services or related field from an accredited university and meet NC requirements for Qualified Professional.
- 2-5 years' experience in MH/DD/SAS services at a supervisory level
- Knowledge of NC Clinical Coverage Policies and Person-Centered practices.
- Valid NC drivers license, and successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
