Associate Dean of Graduate Programs assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of a graduate program. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Graduate Programs provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Graduate Programs typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Graduate Programs typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Sebring, FL may be the perfect place for you! Sebring is located in Central Florida, only 1.5 hours to Tampa, Fort Myers, and West Palm Beach, 2 hours from Orlando, and 3 hours from Miami. Nicknamed “The City on the Circle,” which comes from the design of the historic downtown district, Sebring is home to the Sebring International Raceway, and offers a wide range of boutique and gallery shopping, fine and casual dining spots, and several parks and lakes to satisfy all ranges of recreational activities.
Our surgical neurophysiologists are the most experienced in the industry. SpecialtyCare is committed to supporting professional growth for our associates. Each associate is allocated funds for continuing education, membership fees, and dues for professional associations. We also provide tuition reimbursement or tuition repayment assistance. We provide a full benefits package including a matching 401K and generous PTO plan.

Position Requirements
- CNIM and/or D.ABNM certification required.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a science related field required.
- Two years minimum of experience; Five plus years of experience preferred.
- Ability to work on Call.
