$70,000 - $90,000 yearly

• Create well-drafted pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and orders
• Skillfully argue on behalf of the client
• Solve and prevent client legal problems
• Work closely with paralegals and lead attorneys to ensure a swift family litigation process for each client
• Serve, answer, and compel discovery
• Litigate hearings and trials involving custody, support, and property issues
• Attend mediation
• Negotiate with opposing counsel

• Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
• Preferably has experience in Family Law
• Preferably has experience in Legal Clinic
• Will assist in handling all aspects of family law cases from initial pleadings to post-judgment
• Should have 0-3 years of experience
