Associate Dean of Law assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of the college of law. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Law provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Law typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Law typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be an Associate Dean of Law typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Summary/Basic Function
    This position is a temporary position for the summer.

    Duties include: reception, telephones, errands, copying, filing, scanning, data entry/tracking, assisting others in the office on special projects, and other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications
    Must have excellent customer service skills, be very dependable, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Seeking dependable, reliable, self-motivated applicants.
