Associate Dean of Medicine jobs in New Hampshire

The Associate Dean for Graduate and Professional Studies at Colby-Sawyer College handles the administrative and advising functions for graduate and professional learners. This role will work to develop and monitor the infrastructure for the Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) programs and serve as a liaison between Colby-Sawyer departments and the GPS student population. The Associate Dean for GPS reports directly to the Academic Vice President and Dean of Faculty.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for inquiries about various Colby-Sawyer GPS programs and assist with onboarding processes for admittance, including general program information, transcript evaluation, and course registration.
• Principal advisor for GPS learners assisting in enrollment, retention, re-enrollment navigation, and program completion through graduation.
• Create and monitor extensive retention plans for GPS student programs.
• Monitor and track GPS student enrollments.
• Main contact for all GPS-related matters with college departments including registrar, admissions, financial aid, financial services, marketing, and related student support services.
• Work closely with GPS admissions representative on GPS recruitment and outreach; including occasional travel to offsite recruitment events.
• Collaborate with DH Workforce Readiness Institute program on student enrollment and coursework at Colby-Sawyer; support enrollment and advising efforts to the WRI group and work with the group through associate degree attainment.
• Evaluate and provide data-driven feedback about challenges and needs for all GPS learners as it relates to program growth and development.
• Collaborate with respective deans to assist with policy and operational issues related to the success of GPS learners.
