Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Nursing provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Nursing typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Nursing manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. The Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Office for Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR) is a full time academic professional staff member reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor/Dean of Student Support and Advocacy (Dean of Students). The Associate Dean of Students/Director's principal responsibilities include day-to-day direction and leadership for OSCR, including the student conduct system and alternative conflict resolution services.

This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 1/3/2023. Salary for this position starts at $90,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
