The Environmental Services Associate is responsible for proper sanitation and cleanliness of the facility grounds, including resident rooms, public areas, offices and facility grounds.

First and foremost, friendly customer service is essential. Residents and their families & friends are the customers, and ensuring they have a positive experience is the most important role of any Norlite teammate.

Safety and sanitation are just as vital, as we are responsible for the overall well-being of each Resident in the facility, and the Environmental Services staff is the front-line defense for obstacles, hazards, and microbial agents through proper infection control.

Starting pay is $16.22 per hour.
