Associate Dean of Nursing assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of the college of nursing. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Nursing provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Nursing typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Nursing manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Associate Dean of Nursing typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Environmental Services Associate is responsible for proper sanitation and cleanliness of the facility grounds, including resident rooms, public areas, offices and facility grounds.
First and foremost, friendly customer service is essential. Residents and their families & friends are the customers, and ensuring they have a positive experience is the most important role of any Norlite teammate.
Safety and sanitation are just as vital, as we are responsible for the overall well-being of each Resident in the facility, and the Environmental Services staff is the front-line defense for obstacles, hazards, and microbial agents through proper infection control.
Starting pay is $16.22 per hour.
