NDSU Compliance Plan for Federal Vaccine Mandate
President Biden has issued an Executive Order on Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors. NDSU is considered a Federal Contractor. The Federal Guidance requires federal contractors with a covered contract to conform to vaccination, masking, and physical distancing protocol. As a result, NDSU is notifying all its candidates that they must have received their full series of vaccinations (i.e., either two shots of Pfizer/Moderna or one shot of J&J) and provide proof to NDSU or have received a medical or religious exemption beginning January 4, 2022 or on first day of employment thereafter. This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only NDSU students are eligible to be hired in this position. Unsolicited applications to this posting will NOT be considered.

Description, Duties & Responsibilities:

• General office duties, including:
  • Data entry
  • Errands
  • Filing
  • Event support
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Competencies:

• General knowledge of excel and microsoft suite
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Work Location:

• CEA 203

Hours & Schedule:

• Hours can be worked within office hours of Monday thru Friday 7:30am-5pm
