As an Associate Designer on the Brand & UI Design team at 829, you will hone your craft working on a variety of design projects for an eclectic mix of clients. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a talented multi-disciplinary team of experts to create compelling websites and distinctive brand identities for a diverse client base spanning a variety of industries
• Address business goals while combining user-centered design principles with a highly branded visual aesthetic
• Present design deliverables and express design thinking during weekly client calls
• Track project hours, adhere to project timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Balance multiple projects of varying scope, duration, and complexity
• Embrace a growth mindset and develop an understanding of industry best practices and current design trends

What You’ll Bring

• 1 - 2 years of agency, internship, or freelance experience
• An impressive portfolio with a focus on UI design and branding projects
• Familiarity with Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to effectively communicating the why behind design decisions
• An understanding of UI/UX practices and a strong desire to advance in this area
• A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for UI design and branding
