Part-Time Videographer/Photographer Position

Hours: Approximately 20 per week

Job Description:
Seeking a skilled part-time videographer/photographer to film and edit content for our social media and marketing channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating marketing initiatives that align with our company goals. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating with different departments, and overseeing the creation of promotional materials and content. Performance Objectives:

• Video Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality video content for social media and marketing channels.
• Creative Direction: Provide creative input and direction for video projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and goals.
• Audience Engagement: Create videos that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and brand awareness.
• Project Management: Manage video production schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze video performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.

Capabilities/Key Competencies:

• Videography Skills: Proficiency in filming techniques, including framing, lighting, and composition, to capture high-quality footage.
• Editing Skills: Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to produce polished and engaging videos.
• Storytelling Ability: Strong narrative skills to craft compelling stories that resonate with viewers and convey brand messages effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms to optimize video quality and compatibility.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas for video content that engage and inspire audiences.

Education & Experience:

• Valid Driver’s License, with the ability to get insured on a commercial vehicle policy.
• 2 years of experience in videography/photography, preferably in a similar industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing video projects.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working.
• This position will require travel to site – 40%.
