Being an Associate Financial Aid Director maintains records of scholarships, grants, and other monetary assistance. Has knowledge of available private, state, and federal financial aid programs. Additionally, Associate Financial Aid Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the Financial Aid Director. The Associate Financial Aid Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
Financial Representatives partner with licensed Financial Advisors (FA) to assist the FA with meeting and or exceeding assigned sales and referral goals. The primary objective of the Financial Representative role is to participate in and successfully complete the licensing process to move to an Associate Financial Advisor and gain industry experience in order to prepare for a career as a Financial Advisor.
