Associate Food Services Director - Higher Ed. manages one or several areas of institutional food service and resources. Implements and maintains food service policies in dining halls. Qualifications: Master’s degree. Two to three years of experience with exercise equipment instruction and teaching group fitness classes. Demonstrated ability to train and supervise staff. Proficiency with Excel and IM Leagues. Preferred: NSCA or ACSM certification and Red Cross CPR/First Aid Instructor certified.
Compensation & Hours: This position is 12-month administrative position that includes medical insurance, generous retirement benefits, and twenty-two vacation days in addition to College recognized holidays (thirteen plus two floating days). Weekend and evening work is necessary to accomplish expected outcomes.
