PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Associate General Counsel - Corporate Governance (AGC) will supervise Exelon's Office of Corporate Governance team and will serve as a management-level expert counsel on corporate governance and securities laws and regulations. The AGC will have responsibility for executing corporate secretary's office functions for the Exelon Board of Directors and for the Company's operating company boards and for corporate governance matters company-wide. The AGC will also support business units across the company in all areas of corporate governance and securities law, including with regard to securities filings and compliance, proactive risk mitigation and assessment of forthcoming regulations, enforcement trends and related matters. The AGC will report to the company's Deputy General Counsel with responsibility for oversight of Corporate Governance.
