This position serves as the chief legal counsel to the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) and as such, performs highly responsible and administrative work in directing all legal activities associated with the state’s integrated coastal protection Master and Annual plans. The incumbent also provides legal support to Governor’s Office on Coastal Activities (GOCA), the CPRA Board (Board), the Governor’s Executive Assistant for Coastal Activities, and to the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Coastal Protection, Restoration and Conservation (GAC).
Responsibilities:
The maximum salary for the Attorney-General Counsel 2 position is $157,893 annually.
