Additionally, Associate General Counsel identifies and analyzes legal issues, drafts key documents, presents clear recommendations to top management, and assures legal compliance. Assists or represents the organization in business negotiations. Requires a JD. Requires State Bar membership. Typically reports to top legal executive.
