Associate General Counsel Northern Colorado
Analyzes, manages, and advises on legal matters of the organization. Investigates, researches, and evaluates legal issues to determine the organization's rights and responsibilities.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days

Responsibilities:
Collaborates with internal sources and external legal representation to direct/manage the organization's litigation matters.

Provides legal advice to executive management, the board of directors, and other internal sources on issues presented, including issues of employment law, corporate law, and health law.

Participates in drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and/or revising the organization's contracts, policies, plans, and communications.

Manages and mentors staff attorneys.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as an Attorney.
• Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience.

The pay range for this position is: $84.28 - $134.84 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
