Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance professional to join our team. As a General Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a crucial role in maintaining the safety and functionality of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing faulty equipment, fixtures, and appliances
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems and make necessary repairs
- Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors when needed
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants

- Painting, laying vinyl flooring

Skills:
-Some electrical knowledge and ability to work with electrical systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff members & tenants
- Experience in managing maintenance projects is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
-Operate small & mid-size machinery- Riding lawn mowers, skid steer, backhoe
