The Housing Coordinator performs advanced analysis of technical data and major project work in planning and general administration of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs. This is a position involving assisting in the management and oversight of HUD programs, specifically the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) & HOME American Rescue Plan (HARP). The candidate will also be responsible for the provision of technical assistance to subrecipient and grant applicants, program and project management / financial record keeping, and monitoring of grantee performance. Will also be responsible for the facilitation of the public participation process and presentations on all HUD HOME, HARP and housing programs administered by the city. This position reports directly to the Housing Manager.
