Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Manage the daily operations of the housing division with a team of Assistant Directors, House Leads and Direct Support Professionals.
• Building and maintaining a positive relationship with Consumers, their Families and County and State Support Teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5-7 years work experience in a leadership role
• Experience in Special Education and/or DD field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• At least five (5) years management experience
• Ability to think critically and creatively
• Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks
• Possess and maintain First Aid and CPR training (or willing to obtain)
• Pass and maintain all required Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) training offerings
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug test
• Possess and maintain a driving record with less than six (6) points
